Please Become an Advocate for Your Library

Indiana public libraries risk losing essential funding as the Indiana Legislature passed a property and income tax reform bill. This happened at the state level and is different from the federal government's elimination of the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
JCPL is committed to maintaining the funding needed to continue to provide all of its services and programming to our community. They need your help. Click here to help advocate for JCPL.

The Friends of JCPL Book Sale is Saturday, May 4, outdoors at the Franklin Branch. The sale runs 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. and features a wide variety of books, plus a special collections sale in the Community Room.

This photo gallery includes our "famous" book and audience photos from Authors at JCPL events. We have included a few of the authors signing the Historic Artcraft Theatre wall and standing under their marquee. You can find all our photos from Authors at JCPL and other Library events on Flickr.
