Mitch Albom makes a personal appearance in Franklin, IN, on October 14 at the Historic Artcraft Theatre. The Johnson County Public Library Foundation (Indiana) is pleased to host this fundraiser supporting JCPL programming. Indiana public libraries risk losing essential funding as the Indiana Legislature passed a property and income tax reform bill. This happened at the state level and is different from the federal government's elimination of the Institute of Museum and Library Services.
